Channel Islands Mug

Each piece is adorned with hand carved & painted illustrations inspired by nature. This mug is inspired by the flora & fauna found on the Channel Islands. Every piece is hand crafted from beginning to end creating a unique, one of a kind piece of functional art. No two will ever be alike.

• Wheel thrown with a beige stoneware clay

• Hand carved and painted with ceramic underglazes

• Fired twice to temperatures exceeding 2000 degrees F

• Glazed with a studio made, food safe, non-toxic dolomite glaze on the interior and the handle, creating a smooth satin finish 

• Microwave and dishwasher safe (however hand washing is highly recommended)

• Every order is packaged carefully and shipped in biodegradable packaging

With proper handling & care each piece can last decades or longer, being passed from generation to generation
